Terms of Use
By registering for or attending a FirstCheck Live event, you agree to these Terms of Use. FirstCheck Live is operated as an educational webinar series. Access to sessions is granted via unique join links delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
1. Registration & Tickets
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Join links must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke access if a ticket is used in violation of these terms.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. If an event is cancelled by FirstCheck Live, registered attendees will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion. Rescheduled events remain valid with the original ticket.
3. Conduct During Events
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or recording of sessions without permission may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, recordings, slides, and resources are the intellectual property of FirstCheck Live and our speakers. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish this content without written consent.

Information shared in FirstCheck Live sessions is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for personal guidance.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you register for FirstCheck Live events and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
At checkout we collect your name, email address, designation, and organization. We also collect payment confirmation information from our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not store card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to issue tickets, deliver Zoom join links, send session reminders, and share post-event resources. With your consent, we may also send occasional updates about upcoming FirstCheck Live events.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with trusted service providers (email, WhatsApp, Zoom, payment processing, analytics) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service you registered for.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. We also use the Meta Pixel, which shares page visits and device/browser information with Meta Platforms to measure how our ads perform and to improve ad delivery. Visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) are asked first, and the Meta Pixel only loads if they accept. We keep a record of your choice (accept or reject, and when). You can change or withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
5. Data Retention
Registration and order records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
